PerfectRide collects only what it needs to move you safely: your name and phone number, ride details (pickup, destination, timing), and payment information processed by our payment partner. Business accounts add the members and guests they book for.

We use this to arrange and coordinate rides, hold payments in escrow until you confirm the correct vehicle, keep journeys safe (verification, tracking, audit trails), and support your account. We share only what a ride requires — the assigned driver and fleet operator see the trip they’re fulfilling; payments are handled by our regulated payment partner.

We don’t sell your data. You can request access to, or deletion of, your information at any time.
