PerfectRide connects riders and organizations with a verified network of fleet operators. When you book, we reserve a specific vehicle and hold your payment in escrow.

Your payment is released only when you confirm the assigned vehicle arrived. If the wrong vehicle shows up, you don’t ride it — your payment is refunded in full, instant and automatic, and the agent helps you rebook a verified vehicle right away.

You agree to use PerfectRide lawfully and to provide accurate booking details. Fleet operators agree to fulfil bookings exactly as assigned. Pricing and enterprise terms are shown at the point of booking or in your agreement.
